1. Acceptance

By using the services of Plataforma AC8 ("we", "the platform", "ARI"), you accept these terms.

2. Service

We offer software as a service (SaaS) for SMBs: ARI (an all-in-one platform) and standalone Marketplace modules.

3. Subscription and payments

Plans are billed monthly or for longer prepaid periods, as you choose. You can cancel at any time from the admin panel. There are no cancellation penalties.

4. Free trial

We offer a free trial with no credit card: 14 days, or 7 days on premium plans over $100/mo. When it ends, you must choose a plan to keep using the service.

5. Acceptable use

Using our services for spam, illegal content, impersonation, or any activity that breaks the law is prohibited.

6. Data and privacy

Your data is yours. See our privacy policy for details.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. On Premium+ plans we offer an SLA with compensation.

8. Support

Support over WhatsApp and email, during business hours.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email 30 days in advance.
